Terms of Use

By creating an account, watching content, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using EonPix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EonPix.

You may create an EonPix account using email and password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.

If you are under the age required to manage an account or make purchases in your country, you may use EonPix only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You can delete your account from the Account & Security section of the app. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account because billing is managed by the store.

EonPix provides books, chapters, reels, visuals, audio, text, artwork, AI-generated videos, software, designs, and other materials through the app. EonPix content is owned by EonPix or made available through rights, permissions, licenses, or other lawful sources.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream EonPix content inside the app for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, download, record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, scrape, pirate, publicly display, or otherwise use EonPix content outside the app unless we give you written permission.

EonPix uses artificial intelligence and other creative tools to generate or assist with video book content. AI-generated content may include stylized interpretations of books, chapters, scenes, characters, narration, subtitles, or visual elements.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and storytelling. It may not perfectly match every reader's interpretation of a book or every detail of an original work.

EonPix is a general-audience app and may include books or chapters suitable for different age groups, such as All, 7+, 13+, or 16+.

Age guidance is provided to help users and guardians make viewing decisions. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising younger users and approving purchases where required.

EonPix may offer a monthly Premium subscription. Subscription prices, billing period, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase.

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps EonPix manage subscription entitlements, but Apple or Google handles payment, renewal, cancellation, payment methods, and applicable store billing records.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before the end of the current billing period. On Apple platforms, payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation, and your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off. Google Play subscriptions renew and are billed according to Google Play's subscription rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your EonPix account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel store billing.

EonPix may provide free preview access, such as the first three reels of a chapter of each book. Preview access is not a paid subscription trial unless the purchase screen specifically says a store-managed free trial is being offered.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, if available, are handled according to the refund policies of the store where the purchase was made.

EonPix does not provide separate refunds outside the applicable store process, except where required by law.

EonPix does not currently allow users to publish public user-generated content. You may optionally add a profile photo or attach an image when contacting support.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any profile photo, support attachment, message, or other information you submit. You give EonPix permission to use that information only to operate your account, provide profile functionality, respond to support, protect the service, and comply with law.

You may not use EonPix for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, impersonation, fraud, copyright infringement, piracy, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized recording, automated access, security testing without permission, or any activity that disrupts or harms EonPix, its users, or its partners.

You may not bypass subscriptions, access controls, age guidance, playback protections, or any technical restrictions in the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to EonPix if we believe you violated these Terms, used the app for piracy or scraping, infringed intellectual property rights, created risk for EonPix or other users, or if required by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and delete information. It is available in the app and at https://eonpix.in/privacy.

EonPix is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app, content, subscription access, notifications, or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EonPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of EonPix.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence. Courts in India will have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as EonPix changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Continued use of EonPix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
