Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, login method, and optional username or profile photo.

App activity: books, chapters, reels, watch history, playback progress, favorites, subscription access state, and similar usage information needed to provide the service.

Support information: messages you send to support and any image you choose to attach when reporting an issue.

Subscription information: subscription status, plan, renewal state, receipt or entitlement information, and related purchase metadata received through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Firebase. EonPix does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Technical information: device, notification token, app version, IP address, logs, diagnostics, and security information needed to run, protect, and improve the app.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide video book playback, save progress, manage Premium access, respond to support requests, send enabled notifications, prevent fraud or piracy, fix bugs, and improve EonPix.

We do not sell your personal information.

EonPix may ask permission to send push notifications. If you enable notifications, we may send updates about new books, chapters, reels, account activity, or subscription-related information. You can turn notifications off in the app or your device settings.

EonPix does not require camera, microphone, contacts, or location access for normal use. If you choose to upload a profile photo or attach an image to a support request, the app may ask for photo library or media access for that action. If a future feature asks for another permission, the app will request it before using that permission.

EonPix is a general-audience app that may include content suitable for different age groups. Some books or chapters may show age guidance such as All, 7+, 13+, or 16+.

If a user is under the age required to manage an account or make purchases in their country, they should use EonPix only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Subscription purchases must be authorized through the applicable App Store or Google Play account.

If you believe a child provided personal information without required consent, contact support@eonpix.in so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.

We use third-party services to operate EonPix, including Firebase for app services and notifications, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.

Apple App Store and Google Play process in-app purchases and subscriptions. These services may process information under their own privacy policies and account terms.

We share information only when needed to operate EonPix, process subscriptions, provide notifications, respond to support requests, comply with law, protect users, prevent misuse, or enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not allow users to publicly upload or share content through EonPix. Optional profile photos and support attachments are used only for account, profile, or support functionality.

We keep your EonPix account and app activity information until you delete your account or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

You can delete your account from the Account & Security section of the app. Account deletion permanently deletes EonPix-controlled account data, profile data, watch history, progress, favorites, and app activity associated with your account.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account because billing is managed by the store. Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain records according to their own legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and platform obligations.

You may contact support@eonpix.in to request access, correction, deletion, or information about your personal data. We will respond according to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

EonPix is operated from India and may be used by users around the world. Your information may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as EonPix changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required.
