Delete Your EonPix Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your EonPix account and the personal data associated with it, for the EonPix app published on Google Play by EonPix.

How it works

    Submit a request

    Request deletion directly in the EonPix app: open EonPix → Profile → Account & Security → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered to your account using the link below.

    We verify it's you

    We confirm the request against your registered account email to make sure no one else can delete your data.

  3. 3

    We delete your account and data

    We delete your account and the personal data listed below within 30 days, and send a confirmation email once it's complete.

Request deletion

The fastest way is in the EonPix app: open Profile, then Account & Security, and choose Delete account. You’ll need to confirm the deletion in the app.

Can’t access the app? Send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@eonpix.in. We’ll verify that the request is yours before processing it and email you when it’s complete.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

  • Your profile: name, email address, password/authentication credentials, and profile photo
  • Your library activity: watch history, chapter progress, watch streaks, likes, favorites, and search history
  • Your push notification token
  • Support messages and other communications tied to your identity

What we retain, and for how long

Some information can’t be deleted immediately because we need it for legal, financial, or security reasons:

  • Purchase and subscription records

    Retained for financial, tax, and legal compliance (typically up to 7 years), and disassociated from the rest of your profile where possible. These records are billed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play — deleting your EonPix account does not cancel an active subscription, so you'll also need to cancel it from your app store account.
